Terry Ong

Terry is a visionary leader with vast experience in entrepreneurship and experiential training for adults. He has over 10 years of experience in business consultancy, strategic planning and marketing, leading the management team of international corporations beyond excellence. He is the catalyst for the companies’ phenomenal growth within a short period of time.

With his strong leadership skills, he was instrumental in the conceptualization and development of Wealth Mastery Academy and Wealth Ambassador Sdn. Bhd. He sits on the board as the Chief Consultant of TalentCap Sdn. Bhd. He is also the National Vice-President for Junior Chamber International Malaysia (JCIM).

As a certified NLP Practitioner as well as a certified Neuro-Semantics Practitioner, he is a dynamic well sought after speaker and trainer for his excellent presentation skills and charismatic speeches. He has traveled to many countries such as Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong and Malaysia to give motivational talks on leadership and entrepreneurialship.

Terry graduated with an engineering degree from University of Buffalo, State University of New York and Beijing University of Technology, China. His engineering background enables him to quantify success into scientific models which is simplified, applicable and duplicable, and pass on this gift in training and equipping people for success. He firmly believes that success is a learnable skill.
